BACnet (Building Automation and Control Network) It is an open system protocol of ASHRAE, that was developed by a committee of producers as well as end users, project designers and consultants. It standardizes communication between computer and field controllers; models all items of software and hardware as data structures defined as "objects". It is the most common integration method used all over the world. |
